Delivery policy

MACCA VIP always aims to provide the best products with fast, safe shipping service with competitive fees for all orders. We support delivery across the country with the following delivery policy:

1. Process of delivery and receipt of goods

MACCA VIP cooperates with reliable shipping companies to deliver goods directly to customers nationwide.

Your order will be contacted and delivered up to 2 times. In case of unsuccessful delivery for the first time, an employee will be contacted to arrange a second delivery schedule with you.

If the contact is not made, we will try to contact you in the next 24 hours (via email or call us directly). In the case of still unable to contact or not receive any response from you, the order will be no longer valid.

At the time of receipt, you can check the status, the number of products in the order. For orders that have been prepaid, please show your identification (ID card or driver's license ...) to record.

2. Shipping costs

+ Retail customers:

MACCA VIP is free nationwide shipping for orders with a total value of VND 1,000,000 or more.
For orders with a total payment of less than VND 1,000,000, please refer to the following shipping charges:

Hanoi inner city area: VND 10,000 ~ VND 40,000
Outlying areas of Hanoi: VND 20,000 ~ VND 50,000
Other provinces and cities: VND 30,000 ~ VND 60,000
Remote areas: 40,000 VND ~ 70,000 VND
Details of shipping fees will be updated specifically for each order.

+ Agency

Unit prices for agents do not include VAT and shipping charges. MACCA VIP will charge a shipping fee based on actual delivery distance. For larger orders, MACCA VIP will consider shipping support.

3. Delivery time

MACCA VIP will ship the goods within the agreed time when you fulfill the order procedures. Shipping time is within 3-5 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday or New Year holidays).

In case you choose the form of payment via bank transfer, the order processing time will be calculated from the time the order is confirmed for payment.

Please note that MACCA VIP reserves the right to change delivery times in force majeure circumstances such as bad weather, unfavorable traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns on delivery routes, and problems during export. line. We will proactively contact customers to notify in the above cases.
